Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
We believe privacy is part of care. Here's exactly what MindCare does — and doesn't — with your information, in plain English.
What we store
- Journal entries — only what you write, kept so you can revisit them.
- Mood logs — the feelings you tag, with timestamps, so you can see patterns.
- Account email (if you sign in) — so you can come back to your entries.
What we never do
- Sell your data. Ever.
- Show you ads.
- Track you across other websites.
- Share your journal or mood data with insurers, employers, or third parties.
Who can see your entries
Only you. Entries are private to your account and protected by row-level security — even our team cannot read them.
Your rights
- Export your data at any time.
- Delete your account and all associated data permanently.
- Use MindCare without an account (entries stay on your device only).
A note on crisis content
If you search for crisis resources on MindCare, those searches are not logged or stored.
